The incumbent would be Profit Center Head heading an off-shore development facility having about 100+ qualified software professionals. The person should be a successful senior PM having good commercial acumen and have had proven track record of managing multiple projects.

Would also be responsible for infusing quality/value–addition in the services offered.

BE & preferably an MBA
Total experience : 12 to 18 years

Must have proven record of successfully managing projects and clients with sensitivity to "need for speed". Incumbent will have strong interpersonal, relationship management skills; and be a resourceful, self-starter and be a good leader.

Must have last 3 years experience in s/w consulting environment with s/w export companies heading sizable teams.

Domain knowledge of transportation / cargo /air-lines/ insurance industry would be an advantage.

BE & MBA
Total experience : 15 to 22 years

Must have a proven track record in business development in USA and Europe and would come from software export background. A software development background in the earlier stages of the career would be a big plus.
